IPsmarx Announces New Hosted VoIP Platform at IT EXPO East 2012

Extending its reach to service providers and resellers who wish to offer hosted VoIP services, IPsmarx (News - Alert) Technology has announced the RAPID IP-PBX system. The company rolled out the new all-in-one platform at IT EXPO East 2012, happening this week in Miami, Fla.

RAPID IP-PBX (News - Alert) is geared toward service providers, resellers and installers of conventional CPE-based system looking to add hosted VoIP services and deliver them to the SMB market. According to IPsmarx, the new platform enables service providers to administer, deploy and manage their hosted IP PBX solutions at a fraction of the typical cost.

The system supports PBX and unified communications functionality as well as providing an advanced telephony system and an integrated billing solution. RAPID IP-PBX handles call-based accounting and offers a complete ecommerce solution and an invoicing package that may also be deployed as an integrated smartphone application. It may also be used to service small companies with as few as two extensions and can scale up to thousands of extensions throughout the world.

IPsmarx is offering the platform at a special introductory price through 888VoIP. The offer is based on a 25-user system with a number of optional packages that include cost effective expansion, a call center package and an enhanced routing package that features least cost routing, hunt-stop and route suspension and multi-dial plans. Additional options include a redundancy package and the customer branded "Breeze" mobile VoIP application for smartphones.

The 888VoIP Service Provider Suite enables automated order processing, blind shipping, logistics, hardware inventory management, RMA services and support. This is meant to aid service providers in increasing customer satisfaction, retention rates and improving cash flow while also reducing the operating costs associated with the delivery and turn up of customers.
