India-Based MSP Olive Solutions Deploys Nimsoft Unified Manager

Managed service provider (MSP) Olive Solutions, based in India, has deployed a new solution to help improve clients' uptime. The company is using the Nimsoft Unified Manager solution to provide customers with enhanced visibility, effective performance management and proactive problem resolution.

The Nimsoft solution is multi-tenant and provides an IT Management-as-a-Service solution, combining infrastructure monitoring with ready-to-use ITIL-based service management. The Unified Manager offers comprehensive infrastructure coverage, streamlined automation and simple integration with third-party offerings. It provides a configurable portal so that MSPs may offer their clients visibility of the activity and health of their managed environments.

The company's Unified Monitor tool automatically triggers service tickets, which is useful in preventing downtime. Tight integration among functions speeds troubleshooting and provides IT staff with the information they need to achieve quick problem resolution. It also improves performance service levels for critical applications and systems across multiple locations, which includes on-premise and cloud computing environments.

Nimsoft solutions are designed to easily integrate with existing resources, all the way from the data center to the cloud. The company's services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis, and are geared toward business and service provider customers throughout the world.
