All Covered Acquires Memphis-Based MSP Service Assurance

Managed IT outsourcing company Service Assurance has been acquired by All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. All Covered is dedicated to delivering high-performance managed IT services to small and medium-sized businesses.

The addition of Memphis, Tenn.-based Service Assurance will enable All Covered to expand its presence by incorporating a broad and talented group of professionals as well as a diverse client list.

Service Assurance has been offering strategic IT planning services since 1989. The company also provides 24x7 help desk support, backup management, cloud services and email and security management. They are the largest regional technology support and managed IT services provider in the mid-south region, and work with organizations in an effort to streamline their IT operations. Service Assurance was also honored in the MSPmentor 100 list for 2011, recognized as a top MSP.
